Responsible Gaming at 789db
We believe gambling should always be fun, safe, and within your control. 789db provides tools and guidance to help every player in Bangladesh enjoy gaming responsibly.
Our Commitment to Safe Play
At 789db, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is a core part of how we operate. Our platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We understand that gambling, while entertaining, carries real risks if not approached with care. That is why we have built a range of practical tools directly into your 789db account to give you full control over your play.
Whether you play cricket betting, video slots, live casino tables, or crash games like Aviator, the principle remains the same: always bet only what you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and treat every gaming session as entertainment — not as a source of income. If at any point gambling stops being fun, 789db is here to help you step back and regain balance.
Gambling is intended for adult entertainment only (21+). There is no guaranteed way to win. Only gamble with money you can comfortably afford to lose. If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please seek help immediately.

Tips for Healthy Gambling Habits
- Always set a strict budget before you start playing and stick to it — never exceed what you planned to spend in that session.
- Never chase losses. If you have reached your session limit, log out and return another day with a fresh mindset.
- Keep gambling for fun, not as a way to earn money or escape personal problems. Entertainment first, always.
- Balance gambling sessions with other activities — time with family, sports, hobbies — so it remains just one part of your life.
- Do not gamble under the influence of alcohol, medication, or extreme stress. Clear-headed decisions lead to better control.
- Talk openly with someone you trust if gambling is making you feel anxious, guilty, or secretive. Asking for help is a sign of strength.

Common Questions
How do I set a deposit limit on my 789db account?
Log in to your 789db account and navigate to the Account Settings section. Under Responsible Gaming, you will find options to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits in Bangladeshi Taka. Changes to lower your limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit require a 7-day cooling-off period.
What is the self-exclusion option and how long does it last?
Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your 789db account for a chosen period — from 6 months up to permanent exclusion. During this period, you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or access promotional offers. To activate self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected] or use the Responsible Gaming section in Account Settings.
Is there a minimum age requirement to play at 789db?
Yes. 789db is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We verify player age during the account registration and KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds held will be returned after identity verification.
What should I do if I think I have a gambling problem?
Contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Our team can help you set limits, activate a time-out, or process a self-exclusion request. We encourage you to also speak with a trusted family member or friend. Recognizing the issue early and taking action is the most important step you can take.
